Bainbridge Mobility

My name is Steven Bainbridge and I began working in Mobility in late 1993. I could see that despite the fact that there were plenty of suppliers of Mobility and Access Equipment, there were very few that actually offered you a decent level of care or aftersales service. They always seemed happy to sell you a product and take your money, but if any problems ever arose or if any kind of support was needed, then you were often left in the lurch. I wanted to take the opportunity to offer people more, and it was for this reason that Bainbridge Mobility was established - a local company that would put customer service first and gain customers through recommendation. Just a few years later, my father joined the company and from then on we were able to offer an unrivalled level of customer service.

More than 10 years on and our ethics remain unchanged.
