About the Business
The Helpful Hand (originally Saville Street Garage Ltd) is a Cheshire based family owned and run company founded in 1963 by Mr John Paddock. We have provided a first class sales and service to our clients for more than 40 years.
The Helpful Hand is a member of the British Association of Wheelchair Distributors section of the B.H.T.A. and abide by their code of practice as approved by the OFT, we are agents for all of the UK's leading manufactures and suppliers of mobility and homecare equipment.
Our recently refurbished showroom complete with its own fully disabled access toilet facility, and private car park at 6-8 Chester Rd Macclesfield holds a large stock of new and used power chairs, Lightweight active user manual wheelchairs, scooters and stairlifts, all prepared for sale by our factory trained staff in our onsite purpose built workshop.
