Town and Country are a Mobility retailer based in Boston, Lincolnshire and have been providing quality Mobility and healthcare equipment since 1999. We can provide everything you need for your mobility and healthcare needs, ranging from shoes and slippers to incontinence, scooters and stairlifts. We offer a complete service from start to finish, followed by a comprehensive back-up and we can also offer a hire facility enabling you to hire certain products on a short or long term basis which can also give you an opportunity to see if you like a product before buying it.

Woodhall Spa, LincolnshireBuyers beware! I am sickened by the owner of Town and Country Mobility who has taken over £5000 from my elderly parents. He has sold them a poor quality scooter and powered wheelchairs at very inflated costs, one that was not 'fit for purpose', which in turn meant my father, who is suffering ill health and disability, was hurled out of his chair whilst trying to get across a road. The owner attends vulnerable people's homes and can be very intimidating. We have been left questioning whether they have sold us new, or second-hand equipment, passed off as new, but either way, at very inflated prices. He has questionable ways of taking payments, again getting intimidating. I will not let Town and Country near my parents again. The powered chair has developed many faults and my father has lost trust in using it. I have asked for their money back, in return for all his substandard equipment, but to no avail. Going legal, and will be advising Trading Standards. PLEASE BEWARE!

Boston, LincolnshireMy light has been vandalised and I took it to the shop and refused to hire me another scooter because he didn't want to do paperwork if the hired one was to get damaged or vandalised even though the shop is insured for that sort of thing. I will never go to him again.
