All our staff, driver and escort workers undergo a enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We ensure staff are fully trained and understand the diversity and challenges they may face whilst doing their job. Drivers and Escort workers undergo (PAT's) Passenger Assistance Training which gives them the necessary tools to facilitate the expected good customer care to which our clients receive. Drivers are expected to achieve NVQ Level 2 in Road Passenger Vehicle Driving as a minimum.

Our on-line vehicle tracking and tracing system monitors and guides vehicles and drivers. It also provides a fleet management and planning capability to ensure we provide an efficient and eco-friendly service.
